To ensure the current high quality of broodstock and secure sustainable, long-term development, GrowMax has adopted the following comprehensive strategy:

  • Focus on infrastructure and technical investment: Concentrating resources to develop and modernize facilities, equipment, and infrastructure for shrimp hatcheries in Bình Thuận and Bạc Liêu—two provinces with optimal natural conditions for broodstock production.

  • Global partnerships with SIS – USA: Collaborating extensively with SIS, a world leader in broodstock genetics, preservation, and development, to continuously import high-quality, multi-line broodstock for the company’s production and diverse customer needs.

  • Collaboration with leading global suppliers: Partnering with top companies such as INVE Aquaculture Vietnam and Zeigler – USA to import premium compound feeds and probiotics for broodstock conditioning and larval rearing.

  • Strict adherence to biosecure production processes: Applying rigorous biological protocols across all stages of broodstock and larval production to ensure healthy, disease-free shrimp capable of thriving in varying environmental and climatic conditions, with superior growth rates compared to other shrimp lines.

  • Implementation of a 13-step quality control process: Before delivery to customers, shrimp are evaluated against 13 strict criteria, including: PCR testing for disease (conducted twice), assessment of physical condition and size, coloration, weight by age, survival rate during larval rearing, parasite load (protozoa, rotifers, etc.), bacterial contamination in rearing tanks, and more.

  • Continuous innovation and application of advanced science and technology: GrowMax constantly updates production practices and invests in human resource training, taking full responsibility for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
