Gifts from the GrowMax Scholarship Fund, jointly organized by GrowMax Aquaculture Group and the Vietnam Agriculture & Environment Newspaper, have provided timely encouragement and motivation to students in underprivileged communities.

On October 7 and 8, GrowMax Group awarded dozens of scholarships — totaling VND 20 million — to students from poor, near-poor, or disadvantaged families who have shown great effort in their studies. The scholarships were presented at:

• Huc Nghi Primary & Secondary School, Ta Rut Commune

• Trieu Phuoc Secondary School, Nam Cua Viet Commune

• Vinh Giang Primary School, Cua Tung Commune (Quang Tri Province)

These meaningful gifts were funded by the GrowMax Scholarship Fund, which was established to support students in coastal and rural regions.

Ho Thi Quynh, an 8th-grade student at Huc Nghi Primary & Secondary School, shared that her family is in extremely difficult circumstances.
As the eldest child in a poor household, she helps with housework and cares for her younger siblings so that her parents can go work in the fields or take on odd jobs to make ends meet.

Despite the hardships, Quynh has remained one of the top students at her school, driven by a deep love for learning and a dream to build a better future.

“This scholarship is a great source of motivation for me. I promise to study hard and grow into someone who contributes meaningfully to society,” Quynh said.

Nguyen Thi Dieu Huyen, a Grade 9B student at Trieu Phuoc Secondary School, also expressed her gratitude: “My family struggles financially, so this scholarship will help us afford school expenses. I hope more students like me will receive this kind of support and motivation from sponsors like GrowMax.”

The GrowMax Scholarship Fund has brought encouragement to thousands of students across Vietnam — helping them rise above challenges, continue their education, and pursue their dreams. This initiative exemplifies GrowMax’s long-standing commitment to social responsibility and sustainable community development.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tho, Vice Principal of Huc Nghi Primary & Secondary School, shared that the school includes four satellite campuses and serves more than 400 students — the majority of whom are children of the Bru–Van Kieu ethnic minority. Most families live in extremely difficult conditions. “The support from the GrowMax Scholarship Fund will help ease the financial burden of education for these students and give them the motivation to continue their journey to school,” he said.

Witnessing the scholarship presentation at Huc Nghi School, and after learning about the difficult living conditions of the local children, Ms. Truong Thi Thuy — a GrowMax aquafeed distributor in Dong Ha Ward, Quang Tri Province — personally donated 10 additional gifts, each worth VND 500,000, to students who have shown resilience in the face of hardship.

Mr. Le Quang Vinh, Regional Manager for Hue – Quang Tri at GrowMax Aquaculture Group, has participated in many scholarship presentations across the province over the years. He affirmed that: “The GrowMax Scholarship Fund has been — and will continue to be — a companion to many generations of students in difficult areas, helping create the best possible learning conditions for them.”

GrowMax’s support is not limited to coastal areas. These meaningful gifts are also reaching mountainous and ethnic minority regions — spreading compassion, encouragement, and hope to students striving to rise above adversity and become kind, hardworking, and successful individuals.
